As a child I was always drawn to stories. For as long as I can remember, books have been my escape, my comfort, and my greatest source of inspiration. Being the daughter of an author, I use to sit down and listen to the many stories my mother would write, imagining the adventures in my head. Throwing New Moon across the room as the months went by on each page as Bella waited for Edward's return. Emotionally upset, and then running to pick it up and continue reading. To now, where I stay up into the late hours of the night, traveling to wherever the story takes me. Books have always shared a special place in my heart where adventure was never too far.
They've introduced me to unforgettable characters, new ideas, and worlds I never imagined. That love of reading inspired me to dream of opening an independent bookstore—a place where others can experience that same sense of wonder.
My vision is to create more than just a place to buy books. I want to build a cozy community space where readers can gather, discover their next favorite story, attend book clubs and events, and connect with fellow book lovers, or just a quiet place to go in the evenings once you're free. Whether you're searching for a new release, a timeless classic, or the perfect gift, I hope you'll always feel at home here.

What inspired The Night Owl?
These images are a few inspirational goals on our mood board. Our goal of what to have as our bookstore aesthetic and atmosphere will very closely follow this style.
I've always wished there was a local library or bookstore that stayed open late—a cozy place to meet a friend for a book date, curl up with a good story, or simply spend an evening surrounded by community.
As a night owl, I often found myself with nowhere to go once the day wound down. Looking for a place that I can go and unwind, that wasn't a bar or club, or restaurant. I was always searching for that special place where I could feel comfortable, connected, and feel like a home away from home, long after the stores all closed.
Eventually, I realized that instead of continuing to search for that place, I could make it a reality.
The Night Owl Bookstore was born from that dream.
Night Owl is more than a bookstore. It's a place for readers, dreamers, friends, and fellow night owls to gather, relax, discover new stories, and feel a sense of belonging—late into the evening.
A place that's yours. A place that's mine. A place where the doors open early for the littles, but the lights stay on a little longer and there's always room for one more story.
